They gave me impeccably clean and well-maintained room with TV fridge, 3 queen beds, A/C. Loved the decor, it was nice.

Go on weekday, try their papaya with lime juice :) if you wanted to go island hopping please look for Mr.Non (Non San) @ 012-4374 679 he is very good, helpfull & funny guys.. We just love him & looking forward for our next trip with bunch of friends..

Its only takes a few minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. There are tons of activities that the visitors can choose from even its not included in the hotel package. My husband and me enjoy most of the beach activities and we rent a motorcycle so its more convenient for self island tour.

I wish the hotel can provide package together with breakfast. It will be better if it comes in buffet. Lots of choices and compliment varies taste.

We had an excellent stay for a family vacation. the room was a decent size, well-maintained, and had 3 queen beds. - the location was favorable and strategic, near the beach, food station, shore, restaurants, and shops.

Staff were excellent as well as friendly, food was tasty and quickly prepared. The setting of each individual chalet was pretty with tidy garden surrounds and the location was good for beach, walks, shopping.

Only negative comment was that the mattress in our room was too hard!

Nipah Bay Villa has a very local ambiance with structure setup resembling local "kampung" house and comfortable to stay in. A small garder in between structure with the common area being kept clean. Has good basic ammenities...shower, air-cond, tv with astro....would recommend to have coffee/tea maker. Also at a budget, great to have fridge available to be used at common area...better to have a mini ones on the room.

As we arrive in our hut, there were flies in the bedroom....am surprise seeing that the area was clean. Something should be done instead of being "welcome" by the little ones. It's not a beach front. The hut that I stayed was behind the lounge area. There was a private function held at the lounge with karaoke which could be done up at the roof-top terrace ("chill-out area").

It is the lovely island and the chelet location is good, but the room facilities is not up to expectation. The door is in bad shape, do not have any cup or glasses, cattle to boils water. thanks.

Comfortable rooms with TV, fridge, and electric shower. Excellent location near Nipah Bay, the best beach on the island. Nearby restaurants offer cheap and delicious local food. The staff was very helpful and attentive. A safe and great value choice for accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed the standard queen room which was a decent size and well-maintained with 4 beds. Location: the hotel was right by the shore where the shops are located, the best beach and restaurant and beach.

My stay at Nipah Bay Villa was exceptional! The management team was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, from helping with car rentals to recommending places to visit. my family had a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back. Value for money!

That there was only one restaurant for lunch and dinner options. However, there was another restaurant nearby, although it was a bit far from the main location.

Rooms and toilets were clean. The shower outside the rooms were ideal to get rid of the sand after a trip to the beach.
